Handmade with intention in Vermont · One-of-a-kind pieces + guided ritual
My story & credentials

A life shaped by curiosity, ritual and making.

I’m Laura, a one-woman show passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation with as many beautiful beings as possible.

I’ve always loved creating, experimenting and making art full of life, color and a little bit of sparkle. My journey with spirituality began with philosophy, world religions, yoga and meditation — and expanded through living, traveling and learning in many different cultures.

From Vermont to Toronto, from ski towns to India, I kept returning to the same questions: What gives life meaning? How do we stay grounded through change? Where are the places that help us open up, be seen and love?

In 2017, after a 100-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, I began creating jewelry as tools for staying grounded and present in everyday life. Today, Malas & Mandalas blends tradition, nervous-system awareness and practical ritual design.
